Overall a good product. I like the ambient mode which is a feature most low cost earbuds do not carry. The alerts they give you when switching modes is inaudible when the volume is high.. a shame cause that is an easy software fix. Sound quality is good. They are waterproof and I bathe with them regularlyThe major problem I have with these earbuds is that they slip out immediately when wet. there is no mechanism to keep them locked in your ears when they get wet. They generally stay in with the stomping movements of running but if you sweat a lot or if the rain falls they WILL fall out. I bought these with running in mind and it's a bit annoying as I sweat a bit as well. They are great for normal use but this is an annoying drawback for me.Im really impressed with the sound quality. I specially enjoyed the noise cancelling feature. But im a little bit upset it didnt come with tip replacements as it advertises. I was hoping i could switch to the small tips so they wouldnt keep falling off my ears. Also, sometimes the taps are a bit unresponsive (only happens when you try to skip songs). But overall, really good. The case isnt so chuncky like many are and has real good batery lifeEdit: bought a second pair, but they came in faulty. I can’t return them bc i threw away the box thinking it would work fine just like the last one...but it didn't ??The NyPots A10 earbuds came in standard earbud packing. The package contained instruction guide, charging case, some replacement ear tips and USB charging cable and most importantly the earbuds itself.The A10 came with different replacement tips for different sizes but the stock one that was already on it fit perfectly for me. Connecting to the phone via bluetooth was straight forward, the earbuds go in discovery mode as soon as they are pulled and can be chose from list of devices from the phone. Once connected they automatically connect to the last known device.I have owned several similarly priced ear buds but one noticeable difference with these is advertised noise cancelling and ambient mode. I honestly didn't think too much about it before buying but surprisingly they actually do work. The different modes which are activated by touching the left earbud once, does pleasantly change the sound experience. I spend a lot of time now with noise cancelling on and they have pretty much blocked out most the external sound. The sound quality itself is fine in the mid range and good bass to it. The mic quality was pretty good for calls and never had anyone complain. Overall the audio quality is perfect.Another plus is they use USB-C for charging so I have a single cable for my laptop, phone and earbuds.The NyPots A10 excellent earbuds for the price and have become my go to earbuds.Got these for 30 dollars. The quality is good, sound cancellation is surprisingly good and sound qoulity and battery life is good also. Phone calls are good in quite enviro but noisy enviro.. forget it. The bad thing about these earbuds was the fit. The would always pop out of my ears. I think the stem is to short. Had to return them. Also on the instructions these buds are 5.0 Bluetooth. When I bought them I assumed 5.2. just some tidbit of info if considering buying these earbuds.What I love most is the sound quality and the noise canceling, I can barely hear my vacuum when they are on. Not lying about the 35 HR battery life as they have yet to die on me. They don't fall out of your ears. My only complaint is the extra sizes of earbhds come in the tiny USB box. Very important to keep your ears clean because earwax can mess up the sound.Would recommend!Great little value priced headphone until the left ear went dead and could not be revived.I have Apple's Airpod Pro but got these to keep in my pocket so I can listen to music anytime without worrying about losing an expensive piece of equipment. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. The quality of the Bluetooth connection w/ an iPhone is exceptional, basically flawless in my experience and the quality of the sound is remarkable, esp. projecting a good bass sound. I replaced the tips with some silicon tips which I had on hand (they fit) and that seemed to improve both the sound and reduce the change of these falling out when leaning over, etc. Highly recommend.The earbuds are too big for my ears so they keeps falling out even when I am sitting at my desk. A couple of times the fell on the ground and cracked into two pieces only being held together by the wires. Luckily they snapped back together. I bought another pair that went over my ears. Also really don't cancel out the noise either. When you hear your husband snoring it's not noise cancelling lol
