These were not very comfortable to wear for longer than like 40 minutes but my ears are on the smaller side. The sound cancellation was more like ambient sound than actually what one would expect for noise cancelling. The app was also useless. 0/10. Had to reconnect to the app every time I took them in or out of the case. I liked the color of the earbuds and the case design was bulky but unique. A solid starter earbud, I guess.First of all, I work in a manufacturing facility, I have tried 3 other earbuds before I happened across the cleer brand. After reading a bit about the products and company I decided to purchase yet another pair of earbuds. I work around heavy machinery, air tools, impact wrenches and robots. These are far and away the best at canceling all the background noise out. The only thing they struggle with is hissing air hoses. Also the ambient adjustability through the app allows you to clearly hear and interact with employees, and listen to the machines when needed with just a couple touches to the earbud. I'm so happy I found these! The sound quality is great as well! I'm a Cleer customer. Keep up the great work, I'll recommend you to anyone.I'm having trouble getting a good seal with these so I'm not sure about the sound. The app also isn't working right. They have a hearing ID test and a way to make the ambient sound louder but when I try to use it I'm told to update my firmware. But, when I try to update my firmware I'm told it is up to date. Waiting to hear from their customer service to see if there is a fix.Update- No change in stars because even after talking to customer service I couldn't get the app to update correctly. That being said their customer service is great. Linda did everything she could to help me. It's possible I could've gotten a bad set or maybe my phone is being wierd, although my phone is only a few months old.They did a great job trying to help me out. Unfortunately, it didn't help so I had to return them. They might be great. I just didn't get the chance to fully test them.It's not necessarily listed anywhere on their website or on their listings. But the Cleer app does not function 100% unless it's allowed to access a block of Chinese IPs directly associated to Alibaba in China. This includes firmware updates directly from this block of IPs.If you aren't worried about that. The hardware is generally quite good. Sound quality is good, especially after doing mimi. Battery life is great and noise cancellation works well.After using the Cleer earbuds for a few days, I can assure you that anyone who decides to buy these earbuds will not be disappointed with your purchase. You can make them sound as you wish.Don't buy. I've had to send multiple sets back when they broke for no reason. Then they canceled their warranty.If you're look for ture wireless nosie cancelling that performs great and are not super expensive go with these.1.bluetooth connection is very unstable and choppy for these two earbuds.2.Cannot do any function option on app after connection wiith app.3.Right earbuds with very clear current noise.
